    I purchased the Green Drying Rack on July 5th from QVC and received the product yesterday, on July 8th. While assembling it this morning (July 9th), one of the Adjustable Rack Connectors broke off at the little hinge section that keeps the green locking devise on. It’s altogether with the exception of that one rack section. Could you please send me a replacement connector? In fact, is there a way I could order a couple more, just in case there is a weakness on any of the other connectors? I really love the design and plan on having it around for many years to come.

      I bought this drying rack in late May from QVC. Good concept, but horrible directions. Also, for the price we paid there should have been a cover included.
      Most certainly not worth the price.

    I finally got the racks together (not that easy!) but I can’t adjust the racks so they fold down. I unlock both sides but the racks don’t move. How can I get them to lower? Please help, it takes up too much room with the sides out straight.

      Hello.
      When you stand front of rack facing each selves, and pull out, it comes out about 1 inch, which is unlock position.
      Once shelf is unlock position, it’s angle can be adjusted. after it is on your desired position, you can push it back and it will be in locked position.
      You might referring unlock both side to height adjustment lever.
      It moves whole rack up and down.

      There is not left rack and right rack. they are same.
      In one side of rack it is written left and other side is written right in order to prevent socks holder facing up.

    I purchased the Green drying rack from QVC recently and just love it. However, I sat it on my covered deck and the wind blew it over and broke the one foot that swivels in. I don’t need the wheel just the white foot. If you could let me know how I can purchase that item, it would be much appreciated. I glued the foot, but don’t want to take the chance that it would fall again and break something else. Thank You!

        I had 2 more of the Adjustable rack connectors slipping on me, is this common?? I only hang my children’s clothes on it so its not like heavy articles are being hung to weigh it down??

    I noticed on the video, that caps were included in the parts section on the video clip and on the top of the bars. I didn’t received any caps, that would help the kids from cutting their hands on the sharp edge at the top of the metal bar.

    I am very frustrated as I have not been able to get support from your company! I received the green rack as a gift however the parts included were not correct. I called the support # twice and have left voice messages with no response!

    I LOVE this product but can not use it with missing parts! I have 6racks but only 2 can be connected with the hooks underneath. It seems I have 4 racks that are the same…..I really need the correct pieces! I left several long detailed messages over the past 2 weeks.

    My mother sent this to me through QVC. Her name is Fran Crittenden 104 Tucker ave., Crewe, VA 23930. She is filing a complaint with QVC regarding no follow through. PLEASE sent the correct racks so the product can be used.

    Hello – Purchased a Green Rack from QVC. Have need of couple small things…

    ONE of the poles is missing an end cap: a white circular disc that fits at top of pole to cover-finish hole.

    ONE of Adjustable rack connectors moves freely even in the locked position.

    i just recv’d my pkg from qvc and when i opened it to set it up, the base assembly unit was broken on both ends (the plastic pieces that hold the unit up and swivel back in). also, one of the plastic side pieces that goes over the metal poles was broken so i cant hang my third rack.

    can i get replacement pieces for both of these items asap so i can use my new rack?? if not, then the whole unit is deemed useless…

    Also, Ive continuously called the support hotline. However no one ever answers the phone or returns a call after a message is left. Can someone please let me know whats going on.

    I received this green drying rack for Christmas and one of the swivel legsc is broken at the insert area. Can you please send me a replacement leg for the green rack?

    I purchased this from QVC. It arrived on 2/18/14. I just got around to putting it together tonight. The mess net and the 2 side hangers were not in the box. Is it possible to get replacements? Assembly was really easy, thanks for that, I have a load of clothes going on it right now.

    Hi:

    I purchased the Green Drying Rack from QVC. I have been using it faithfully. I went to unfold the rack for use, and one of the feet that swivel in has broken. Can I purchase the broken piece. The rack will still stand, but I don’t want to take the chance of the rack toppling over when full of clothing. Please advise if I can purchase the broken item.

    I bought the Green Rack from QVC more than 2 years ago,but 1 of the foldable legs broke. How can I buy a replacement? Because without that leg the rack tips over.
    I use it twice a week I love it.

    I purchased this drying rack from QVC a couple of months ago. I love it! However, one by one a couple of wheels have broken off when I am wheeling it from room to room. Is there a way to obtain more wheels? I was using it with the remaining 4 wheels (does make the rack less stable), but now there are only three and it will not stand up/balance. Also is there any way to get a couple extra wheels in case of future breakage?

    I love my green rack, I use it everyday! The problem is that the green rack itself is fine but the bottom “feet” broke, one broke then a few days later the other did. I’ve tried to look online to find a place where I could order these pieces but I can’t find one. I have owned it past QVCs 30 day return policy. Is there any way to get replacement “feet” and a few wheels? I have one side duct taped but the other side just can’t be taped because of where it broke at. I can send the broken pieces in. I do have a few of the wheels, the others broke off when the green rack tumbled over with all my clothes on it. Please help!

    I purchased the green rack from QVC . Just finished putting it together and noticed that one Side of the rack does not lock into place after pushing down the lever. It is part of the connector.

    I purchased two of the green rack from qvc…one for my daughter and one for us. Mine is fine but the base of my daughters broke on both sides. Could I order the base and wheels assembly separately? I would want three, two to replace the broken set an a spare just in case. Please let me know how much it would cost. Thank you.
